Refund Policy

Introduction: At Jenn's Sweet Blessings Bakery, we strive to provide the highest quality products and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our food products, we do not guarantee refunds. However, we will always consider refunds if a customer is dissatisfied with their purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged upon arrival.

  • The product was not as described or did not meet your expectations.

  • You notified us upon pickup of the product OR You contacted us within 24 hours of receiving the product if it was delivered.

  • You cancelled your order up to 72 hours before the expected delivery or pickup date.

Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact us at jwilson@jennssweetblessings.com with the following details:

  • Your name and contact information.

  • Order number.

  • Description of the issue.

  • Photos of the product (if applicable).

Evaluation of Refund Requests: Each refund request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We will review the details provided and determine if a refund is warranted. Please note that due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are not guaranteed.

Refund Process: If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
